Award winning jeweller, Tania Clarke Hall works in leather, her ‘perfect creative playmate’.  Having studied jewellery and chemistry, Tania’s work is innovative; inspired by the elegant solutions offered by simple geometry and a love of experimentation.  Tania creates versatile pieces that are bold and graphic, yet tactile and very wearable.

 

ELAINE COX

Contemporary fine jewellery inspired by landscape. Materials include Gold, Silver, semi- and non-precious stones and minerals. Mostly one-offs. Outlets and exhibitions include: Lesley Craze, London; Alternatives, Rome; Roger Billcliffe, Glasgow; DesignYard, Dublin.

My work has always had a strongly illustrative leaning. It grows out of drawings and sketches some observational, some imagined.

SIDSEL DORPH-JENSEN

Sidsel Dorph-Jensen has since she graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2003 been designing and making silver tableware. She has a shop and workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark.

KIRSTY EAGLESFIELD

Residency at Edinburgh College of Art till Aug 2010. Works mainly in silver and wood, often incorporating pieces of collected flotsam. The way the sea weathers and erodes objects as well as the shapes and structures of boats all influence her work as a silversmith.

PAULINE EDIE

A recent graduate of the Glasgow School of Art, Pauline takes inspiration from children’s stories and fairytales to create her playful jewellery. Working mainly in silver and porcelain, she is currently attending Bishopsland Educational Trust for a one-year residency.
